Job Description
The Manager - Data Analytics & Insights will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and interpreting customer experience performance for the assigned product segment, using CXHI, VOC insights and operational performance metrics.
Requirements
- Monitor and analyse CXHI performance for the assigned product segment
- Act as the CX intelligence lead for the assigned product segment
- Analyse VOC data from various sources
- Provide analytical support to Process Excellence and Journey Transformation teams
- Analyse dealer performance across the assigned product segment
- Track impact of CX initiatives on key transformation KPIs
- Support preparation of CX leadership review dashboards
- Support validation of CXHI data integration and testing of CXHI calculation logic
