Job Description
This position plays a key role in overseeing management accounting operations, supporting strategic planning, analyzing operations, and driving improvement initiatives. The function head controlling will lead controlling activities for Plant and R&D departments, strengthen team capabilities, and act as a business partner to senior management.
Requirements
- Ability to work in Japanese (including reading and writing Kanji)
- Ability to work in English (speaking and writing)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Accounting or Business Administration)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing company
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
- Knowledge of automotive and supplier industry specifics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO module knowledge preferred)
