Job Description
The successful candidate will lead the Controlling Department and be responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing industry controlling
- At least 5 years of experience in team management
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and supplier industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, BI, and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO module experience preferred)
