Job Description
Perform all steps required for the correct setup of the assembly line, operate multiple production lines, and carry out multiple assembly operations on the line and/or other production programs.
Requirements
- Perform all steps required for the correct setup of the assembly line
- Independently operate multiple production lines
- Carry out multiple assembly operations on the line and/or other production programs
- Read, follow, and interpret project drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Comply with written and verbal instructions
- Complete all documentation related to quality assurance, including initial, intermediate, and final inspections
- Maintain equipment by performing daily TPM and 5S activities
- Provide support or substitute for line technicians or other employees when needed
- Manage materials on the production line
- Conduct operator training, mentoring, and monitoring
- Promote and contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing process losses
- Ensure smooth material flow throughout the production process
- Identify defects in products and components
- Repair products or components according to the selected technological process and design documentation, and perform inspections according to prescribed criteria
- Record types of defects and inform the supervisor and other responsible parties
- Inspect parts and assemblies according to prescribed criteria, standards, and required frequency
- Program devices during the introduction of new products
- Supervise workers during task execution (safety, quality, machine usage)
- Detect and resolve irregularities in work equipment (tools, operating methods, machine wear parts, etc.)
- Collaborate with maintenance staff on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Operate machines or components, monitor workpieces, and record data in prescribed production process documents
- Adjust parameters for optimal performance
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or team leader within the area
