Job Description
Perform operations on assembly processes, manage production lines, and maintain equipment. Collaborate with maintenance personnel and supervise employees. Requirements include 2-5 years of experience, 4 years of vocational education, and English language skills.
Requirements
- Perform all steps necessary to properly set up the assembly line
- Manage multiple production lines independently
- Read and follow project drawings, specifications, and guidelines
- Maintain equipment and perform daily TPM and 5S
- Provide support/substitute the line technician or other employees as needed
- Manage materials on the line
- Perform training, mentoring, and monitoring
- Identify and repair defects in products and subassemblies
- Record defect types and notify supervisors and other responsible parties
- Monitor workstations and cells according to established measures and standards
- Program machines at the introduction of new products
- Supervise employees in the performance of work
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel in resolving issues and preventive maintenance
- Manage machines or subassemblies, monitor machine operators, and input data in prescribed production process documents
- Adjust parameters for optimal operation
