Job Description
MAHLE is seeking a Process Optimization Engineer to define, implement, and validate processes design, contribute to cost calculation and budget management, and lead projects in serial production. The role involves collaboration with various teams, process improvement, standardization, and support of new projects. Requirements
- Engineering, preferably Mechanical specialization.
- High level in Spanish and English.
- Project leadership skills.
- Experience in similar role, leading teams in interdisciplinary working environments.
- Analytical skills for root cause analysis processes.
- Autocad knowledge.
- Knowledge in design with Solid Works or Catia, programmation with Siemens (step 7, TIA portal, WinCC), robotics (robots KUKA, sistemas KRC4 y KRC5).
- Knowledge in SAP-PM will be valued.
- MS Office.
