Job Description
Lead daily production on injection molding lines, coordinate with project team, ensure maintenance and drive improvements, prepare and manage CAPEX requests, and guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Master’s in Materials Engineering preferred or Bachelor’s in a relevant Engineering Department.
- 7+ years of experience in production or assembly lines; injection molding expertise required.
- Proven knowledge of mold change/SMED, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with injection robots/automation systems and basic CAD drawing literacy.
- Strong reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English- both written and spoken.
- Team-oriented leader with effective communication and coaching skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally for suppliers, projects, and trials.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
