Job Description
The Client Ambassador is responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of homeless residents at The Salvation Army shelter in Tustin, CA. The role involves light maintenance, housekeeping, front desk duties, and assisting with intake processes.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED with 1 year of work experience
- 1 year of sobriety (if in recovery)
- Experience in or basic knowledge of mental health, homelessness, and/or addictions fields (preferred)
- Criminal background check required
- MVR (motor vehicle record) check if necessary
- Basic literacy and computer skills
- CPR and First Aid certification within 1 month of start date
