2026 Summer Camp - Wilderness Camp Director

The Wilderness Camp Director is responsible for overseeing the Summer Residential Wilderness Camp program, planning and implementing creative programming, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with staff and children, excellent leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of children/personnel safety assessment and crisis intervention.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Prefer work experience of four or more years or a youth-oriented college degree
• At least four years experience in working with staff and children in a supervisory or teaching position
• Must have experience in the supervision of personnel
