The Outreach Case Manager works under the direction of the Outreach Coordinator to perform outreach, information/referral, and case management. They collaborate with internal/external resources to provide resources to individuals in need, including food, shelter, clothing, and healthcare benefits.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in a human service position or internship
• Ability to work effectively with marginalized and vulnerable people groups
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral communication
• Intermediate computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Compassionate, resilient, and willing to ensure compliance with program policies and rules
