Job Description
The Outreach Case Manager works under the direction of the Outreach Coordinator to provide outreach, information/referral, and case management services to individuals in need. The position requires experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and basic case management principles.
Requirements
- Experience in a human service position or internship
- Minimum one (1) year experience working with marginalized and vulnerable people groups
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing homelessness and/or those in need
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid Class C California Driver's License and ability to pass a TSA Driving Test
