Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, provide coaching and training to employees, and ensure customer needs are met. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience
- Valid Driver's license and proof of insurance
- Pass background check
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors
