Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its San Francisco Main Store. The successful candidate will partner with the Store Manager to operate the store and provide coaching, training, and development to store employees. The role involves supervising employees, maintaining customer and donor relations, and ensuring compliance with published directives and guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience
- Valid Driverās license and proof of insurance
- Ability to pass background check
