Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will provide customers with exceptional service, manage store operations, and create a positive environment for beneficiaries. They will be accountable for meeting sales and income budget expectations, managing expenses, and creating a mentoring environment for beneficiaries.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience
- Basic understanding of office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Driver's license
- Pass a background check
