Job Description
Guide cabin groups of 8-10 campers through successful participation in all aspects of the summer camp program. Foster and nurture Christian faith and discipleship in visible, fruitful ways to, and with staff and campers.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- 2 seasons of summer camp experience or 1 year in equivalent youth work experience required
- Be a Christian with a strong, demonstrative commitment to following Jesus Christ, and biblical principles
- Good character, integrity, and adaptability
- Detail-oriented, Self-starter, Team Player
- Ability to diffuse stressful situations with staff and campers
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and be comfortable working with a high degree of independence
