The Salvation Army is seeking a Counselor to manage the Program staff, provide counseling care and education to beneficiaries, and promote a climate for effective performance and learning. The Counselor will be responsible for recruiting, training, and utilizing community volunteers, ensuring intake operations meet ARC standards, and developing and implementing curriculum. The position requires a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor or bachelor's degree, 1-year experience in the substance abuse field, and excellent organizational skills. The Counselor will work under the direction of the Center Administrator and promote a commitment to the philosophy and goals of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center Program.
