Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Full Time Lead Program Operations Specialist for Evangeline's House in Spokane, WA. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, one year of experience working with youth, and possess skills/abilities to work with challenging behaviors. The role involves supervising Program Operations Specialists, training, and participating in client activities.
Requirements
- 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of successful experience working with youth
- CPR/First Aid training
- Blood borne pathogen/HIV training
- De-escalation and restraint training
- Food Handlers permit
- Valid Driver’s License with clear driving record
- Successfully complete TSA Driver Training
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- High personal standards of cleanliness and thoroughness
