The HR Coordinator serves as the primary Human Resources point of contact for assigned Center(s), stores, and operational facilities, providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring accurate and timely HR processes and documentation.
Requirements
- AA degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1 year of experience in HR or 3 years of experience in HR-related field
- PHR/SHRM certification a plus
- Strong computer skills, including email, MS Office and related business & communication tools
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Self-motivated, able to work with a minimum of supervision, and able to handle confidential matters
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and able to interact with staff at all levels
