Job Description
The Prep Cook is responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager, 2nd Cook, and Kitchen staff in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and performing various duties in the kitchen.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- ServSafe certification
- Experience in foodservice and cleaning, preferably in camp setting
- Familiar with USDA standards
- Organizational and time management skills
