Cook

The Salvation Army is seeking a Cook to provide for the nutritional needs of Family Center residents and the children of the Booth Memorial Child Development Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, supervising volunteers, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Prepare meals for daily consumption and special events
• Supervise volunteers and community service workers
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining area
• Monitor inventory and ordering of food and supplies
• Report emergencies, accidents, or equipment breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation and servings
