Job Description
Assist with food preparation of meals for residents, serving of meals and maintaining a clean kitchen at the Lodi Hope Harbor Family Service Center and Lodi Corps Shelter Food Storage Areas.
Requirements
- Maintain culinary standards taught in class
- Assist with SYSCO (where shelter food is purchased)
- Responsible for ServSafe rules in kitchen
- Assist with deep cleaning for staff/students and weekend help
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Adhere to safety policies and accident reporting procedures
- Complete all required training
- Covering days off for the Chef and other cooks
- Must adhere to shelter kitchen daily dress code
