Job Description
The Culinary Instructor/Kitchen Supervisor will educate and train culinary academy students, oversee food programs, manage daily kitchen operations, and ensure the completion and distribution of emergency meals, catering, and other contracted food services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Certified from a Culinary Training Program or 3 years' experience in the hospitality industry
- Food handlers' certification and ServeSafe training
- Valid California Class C Driver License
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive materials
