Job Description
The Director of Santa Fe Springs TLC is the lead employee for a minimum staff of 30, responsible for formulating and planning all phases of the program, overseeing program operations, and seeking new approaches and funding to fulfill community needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, social sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of four years' experience working with the unhoused and veteran individuals and families
- Minimum of five years' in an executive leadership position
- Valid drivers' license and good driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
