Job Description
The Red Shield Program Lead will work with youth in the center to build relationships and foster a friendly and safe environment. The Program Leader will work with Program Aids and directors to deliver programming that meets the needs of the youth.
Requirements
- Assist with afterschool and summer programming
- Provide leadership support to Corps ministry components
- Maintain childcare licensing compliance
- Develop partnerships with parents and responsive relationships with children
