Store Assistant Manager- Santee Store

The Salvation Army is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to provide exceptional service and maintain a well-organized store. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales and income budget expectations, managing expenses, and creating a positive environment for Beneficiaries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience (thrift preferred)
• Basic understanding of office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to pass background check
