Job Description
The Dining Hall Manager oversees Wait Staff and ensures the Dining Hall is clean, organized, and running efficiently before, during, and after meals. This role ensures staff complete daily tasks and that campers and staff are well-served during meals and snack times.
Requirements
- Supervise and support Wait Staff during and outside mealtimes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Staff Kitchen and dining hall
- Collaborate with the Assistant Camp Director and Food Service Manager
- Foster positive relationships with Cabin Leaders and campers
- Model Christ-like behavior in all interactions
