The Dish Room Crew ensures all kitchen, camper, and staff dishware is thoroughly cleaned to maintain a healthy and efficient dining environment.
Requirements
- Wash and store all dishes, pots, and pans
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors daily
- Empty and clean trash cans, grease traps, and mop storage areas
- Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness in living quarters
- Assist cooks with kitchen duties as needed
- Perform end-of-day cleaning in kitchen, pantry, dish room, storeroom, and porch
