Join The Salvation Army as a Summer Health Care Manager Aide and assist the Camp Nurse with health concerns of summer campers and staff. Assist with medications, monitoring camper and staff health, and act in emergency situations as part of the medical team.
Requirements
- Current certification in CPR for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross) or certification by American Heart Association for the BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers Program.
- Current certification in First-Aid.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects and reach overhead.
- Ability to operate telephone.
- Ability to operate a desktop or laptop computer.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to access and produce information from a computer.
- Ability to understand written information.
