Memorial Medical Center General Full-Time CRNA

Join our practice in Las Cruces, NM where CRNAs and MDs practice independently alongside each other in a Collaborative Anesthesiology Team. You’ll join a collegial team of 18 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists who prioritize inter-professional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients with the best possible anesthetic care.

Requirements

• CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.
• A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency.
• Case Variety: General, Cardiovascular, GI, Urology, Ortho, Bariatrics, Podiatry & GYN
• Experience: CRNAs with at least one year of experience are preferred, however we will consider new grad CRNAs who are highly motivated to succeed in an independent practice setting.

Benefits

• Night Call: $1,800/shift
• Weekend Day Call: $200/hour if called in
