The Case Manager Housing Specialist - Mental Health role serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders.
Requirements
- High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and three (3) years of direct services in mental health or community services
- Must possess at least 1 year of direct service experience providing assistance as a Housing Specialist
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
