Job Description
Casa C- House of Transition is a 15-bed facility where adults with serious mental illness can receive help transitioning into the community. This is a case manager position that provides primary support and assistance to individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders.
Requirements
- High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and two years of direct services in Mental Health or community services
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified
