The Clinical Director provides leadership and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams and assists with quality improvement duties. The role involves working with mental health consumers, families, and advisory boards, and requires experience in a leadership role and post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Requirements
- Masters or higher degree in Social Services
- Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation as LCSW, LMFT, LMFT, RN, Ph.D./Psy.D.; in WA as LICSW, LMHC
- One year in leadership role in relevant setting
- Two years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Must have experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families and advisory boards
- Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
