Limited Duration Case Manager II - Mental Health 393

Serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders. Assists them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.

Requirements

• High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and two (2) years of direct services in Mental Health or community services
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
