Job Description
We have over 300 Peer roles at Telecare. We value this lived experience and this is what we are trying to grow within the organization. The Peer Recovery Coach engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with members served to explore, create, and meet their own recovery goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Peer Certification
- One (1) year or part-time equivalent of experience supporting members served with behavioral health challenges
- Successful completion of Peer Support Training or Peer Employment Training
