Job Description
The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served in a mental health setting. They will work in a residential treatment center, providing support and care to individuals with mental health needs. The counselor will work in a team environment to create a safe and supportive living space for members, and will also provide training and guidance to help them develop skills and strategies to manage their mental health.
Requirements
- High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
- At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
