Job Description
The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served, providing direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. The role provides care that enables individuals to live, breathe, eat, and stay clean.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- One year of experience in medical professions working with co-morbid mental health conditions
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies
- Certification as a CNA or its equivalent
- Proficient understanding of client advocacy and client rights
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification
