Job Description
Provides clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports under supervision of a licensed clinician. Provides person-centered recovery planning and collaborates with other services and agencies. Must have a Master's Degree in Social Work and 1 year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness.
Requirements
- Registered as an Associate of Social Work with Board of Behavioral Science
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- One year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting
