Join Our Team and Make a Difference at Mains'l Services! Mains'l is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower people in their homes, providing supports, teaching valuable skills, and being a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.

Requirements

• Provide supports consistent with what is needed for the person and authorized for Mains'l to provide
• Support in transportation of varying activities important to the person as well as attend medical appointments as needed
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
• Document care accurately to ensure accurate medical records
• Complete and stay up to date on all trainings that are assigned
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team on service plans
