Field Service Technician (Indiana)

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing planned and reactive service operations on generators, maintaining system uptime, availability, and performance for deployed units on customer sites. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with mechanical assembly and/or repair, and the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear required PPE.

Requirements

• Mechanically repair and/or perform maintenance on components and assemblies that make up our generators in accordance with procedures and build checklists
• Collaborate with engineers to fix, repair, and redesign components and assemblies
• Conduct mechanical inspections of deployed units, documenting condition information for use by our team for debugging or troubleshooting
• Be available to work rotational on-call shifts, as per the written schedule, to provide optimal service and support for our customers
