TFI Family Services is looking for a full-time Case Manager to help children and families thrive. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in human services and at least 2 years of experience in child placement.
Requirements

- Connect families to community resources.
- Develop personalized plans to support children's growth.
- Advocate for improvements in family environments.
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment.
