We're looking for a full-time Case Manager who's ready to make a difference in the lives of children and families. You'll help families build skills, connect them to community resources, and develop personalized plans to support children's growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human services or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in child placement
