Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, with a strong background in nonprofit or similar settings.
Requirements
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Manage cash flow planning and investment activities to maximize returns.
- Oversee internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
- Monitor investment activities and provide recommendations to maximize returns.
- Strengthen analytics and capabilities to assist in evaluation of program and agency status.
