Loan Operations Specialist

Loan Operations Specialist processes monetary loan transactions, reconciles GL accounts, and handles loan payoff requests. Works with bank systems and requires excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in loan operations
• Working knowledge with Loan and/or Deposit systems and related applications
• Knowledge of Jack Henry systems preferred
• Analytical, detailed oriented, resourceful, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent attention to details
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills with ability to become proficient in bank systems
