Manager, Integration Delivery - Professional Services

MaintainX is hiring a Manager, Integration Delivery for their Professional Services team. The role involves leading a team of integration consultants, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery, with experience in team management and integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, and iPaaS solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants
• Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred
• Experience with integration platforms and concepts (e.g., APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Celigo)
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Solid understanding of professional services delivery models and metrics (e.g., utilization, billable hours, CSAT)
• Proficient in using collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities
