Job Description
MaintainX is a leading enterprise asset management (EAM) platform based on AI. The company is looking for an API Platform & Ecosystem Responsible to lead the team responsible for the API platform, integrations, and ecosystem services. The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience in engineering management, strong technical foundations, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in engineering management
- Strong technical foundations in distributed systems, API design, data modeling, and integration architectures
- Experience in integrating with enterprise systems, SaaS ecosystems, or developer platforms
- Comfortable in external collaborations and able to interact directly with clients or partners to understand integration use cases
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex technical conceptions, roadmaps, and transverse initiatives
- Mastery of modern CI/CD practices, automated testing, and building reliable and observable systems
- Passion for coaching, development, and supporting engineering talent
- Excellent communication skills
