MaintainX is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead its Platform division, overseeing seven foundational teams and driving the company's AI-native platform strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering
- 5+ years in engineering leadership
- 2+ years managing managers across multiple teams
- Technical depth in distributed systems, backend or mobile frameworks, platform engineering, reliability engineering
- Experience owning platform or infrastructure-focused teams at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company
- AI-forward thinking and experience leading teams building on LLMs and agentic workflows
- Strong communication and presentation skills
