Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the AI Builder Tools team, responsible for developing autonomous coding agents and infrastructure to make every MX engineer more productive.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Development management experience with proven success leading platform, DevEx, or infrastructure teams.
- Strong technical foundation in developer tooling, CI/CD, containerization, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated experience in technical design, problem-solving, and project management.
- Passion for hiring, coaching, and developing diverse platform engineering teams.
- Familiarity with LLM agent frameworks, MCP tooling, or agentic coding infrastructure is a strong differentiator.
- Excellent communication skills - you can distill complex ideas and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
