Job Description
Experienced Trading Application Engineer to work with a boutique trading firm, maintaining and developing trading systems.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role (at least 3 years, ideally in a financial markets setting)
- A proactive and driven attitude
- Robust problem solving and communication skills (especially under pressure)
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Experience automating processes using any of: Python, Bash, Lua, PowerShell
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong experience with containerization technologies
- Solid understanding of monitoring tools
- Fundamental knowledge of networking
