Assistent(e) Filiaalmanager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support and guide the sales team. Your tasks will include daily monitoring of commercial indicators and sales of the store, developing action plans with your store manager to achieve targets, leadership, training, and coaching of the team, sales, customer service, and customer loyalty, operational management of the store (deliveries, merchandising, etc.).

• At least 3 years of experience in a management position within the retail sector
