Job Description
CRM Project Manager for Maison du Monde, responsible for operational management of campaigns, campaign analysis, and project management within the CRM team for a France & International perimeter.
Requirements
- Experienced in CRM, ideally in retail omnicanal
- Daily use of a marketing automation tool (Selligent, Adobe, Salesforce marketing cloud, Splio...)
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Dartagnan, Selligent, Tinyclues, CaptainWallet..) would be a plus
- Methodical and rigorous, ability to analyze performances and comfortable with numbers
- Enthusiastic and positive, ability to work in a team
